Agreement

By accessing or using simon.co.zw (“the Site”) and its related services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services

Simon provides AI implementation consulting, workflow automation, web development, analytics optimization, and training services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about business needs and operating context
  • Provide timely access to systems, tools, and team members as required
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Designate a single point of contact for project decisions

Intellectual property

All deliverables created during an engagement transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Simon.

Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees as outlined in the agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Limitation of liability

Simon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of completed and in-progress work through the termination date.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Zimbabwe.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
